Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?

Yes, a $30 non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance on the day of your appointment.

When is the full payment due?

Your complete balance is due on the day of your appointment,

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

Where are you located?

Bliss Nails is located in the Phenix Salon Suites at Midstate mall, 300 NJ-18, East Brunswick, NJ 08816 suite #303. Please be sure to review your confirmation email for instructions on what to do when you arrive.

Do You Work Over Other Technicians' Work?

New clients must come in with bare nails or book a soak-off service during their appointment. I do not work over other technicians’ work to ensure product quality and proper retention.

What happens if I’m late to my appointment?

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to reschedule within this time frame, you will forfeit your deposit . No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Can I bring extra guests to my appointment?

For safety and comfort, no children or extra guests are allowed in the studio.

What if I’m not satisfied with my nails?

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to Bliss Nails Studio. While refunds are not provided, you may schedule a nail fix within 24 hours if you’re dissatisfied with your service.

What if a nail breaks or needs a fix?

Complimentary nail fixes are available within 3 days of your initial appointment. Please contact us to schedule a fix.
